The Crystal Prism Hurricane looks really cool. Apparently the effect is made by using two layers of glass in the globe. We let a candle burn all the way down to nothing and unfortunately some of the wax seeped in between the two layers. It looks unsightly. We put it in the dishwasher thinking that the hot water would get the wax out, but that made it worse. It still works well, but is kind of unsightly when not in use. DON'T LET THE CANDLE BURN DOWN ALL THE WAY!
